Cortney Causbie, LMT
Cortney Causbie, Licensed Massage Therapist; graduate of The Health Enrichment Center, customizes each of her massages for the individual she works on and their specific needs. “I believe we don’t have enough down time, so it’s important to take time out for you!” My goal is to provide my clients with a peaceful atmosphere during their session. I want my clients to feel relaxed, have less pain and no tension when they end their session.”
Massage Therapy is a method of healing that utilizes human touch to promote relaxation, relief of tension and a greater level of well being. There are numerous methods and techniques of massage, ranging from the most gentle, superficial stimulation, to deep, forceful manipulation of muscle groups. The hands on techniques used, help in the prevention and reduction of stress and tension as well as with the discomfort of injuries or chronic conditions. This can lead to improved health and overall well being.
Massage therapy provides a considerable range of therapeutic effects and benefits beyond simply feeling good. No matter what your type of work or recreation, regular massage therapy and chiropractic adjustments should be an important part of your every day lifestyle.
Massage is an effective complement to chiropractic care, and actually aids in preparing the body for a chiropractic adjustment. Both are holistic in nature and are based on belief in the innate healing power of the body. Together, chiropractic and massage aid the natural healing process by keeping the body in proper alignment, and ensuring a free flow of nerve impulses and circulation.
Aromatherapy/Essential Oils/Hot Stones may be added to any booked session upon request.

Reservations - We suggest making reservations in advance, to secure your preferred time and date.
You will be asked for a credit card during the reservation scheduling - this is required to hold your reservation(s). Nothing will be charged on this card unless you do not show, or cancel outside of the cancellation policy. If you wish to pay with cash, gift certificate, or another credit card when you arrive, you have the choice to do so.
We suggest that you arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled massage time if receiving a Chiropractic adjustment prior to your massage or if you are a first time client. This will also give you a chance to fill out the necessary paperwork (click here for the massage intake forms), unwind and ensure that you start your appointment on time. If you are running late, we encourage you to call. Please note, your appointment will still end at its scheduled time, and you will still be charged the full amount of your service if you start your session late. We truly regret having to shorten any valuable time from your service, due to lateness.
Please provide us with 24 hours notice, if you need to cancel or reschedule your massage.
