Walk-in appointments for our existing patients are always welcome, but scheduled appointments are preferred. Please call the office when you are on your way in. Please remember that our last appointment is scheduled 15 minutes prior to closing for lunch and at the end of the day.Thank you for your consideration.
Our practice accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We will be more than happy to submit your insurance forms for you, and we accept most major insurance providers. Please call our office to verify whether your specific insurance plan is accepted. All co-pays, co-insurance, deductible's etc. are due at the time of service.
If you would like to cancel an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. It is important to reschedule your appointment to gain the most from your care plan.
